By accessing our website at candidatefirst.ai, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by CandidateFirst at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.
When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our platform.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the platform and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
You agree to pay all fees or charges to your account in accordance with the fees, charges, and billing terms in effect at the time a fee or charge is due and payable. For candidates, this includes the one-time platform fee and the percentage fee on placement, as outlined in our pricing structure. For sourcing partners, this includes the annual subscription fee.
If you dispute any charges you must let CandidateFirst know within sixty (60) days after the date that CandidateFirst invoices you. We reserve the right to change CandidateFirst's prices. If CandidateFirst does change prices, CandidateFirst will provide notice of the change on the website or by email, at CandidateFirst's option, at least 30 days before the change is set to take effect.
Our platform allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("Content"). You are responsible for the Content that you post to the platform, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.
By posting Content to the platform, you grant us the right and license to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such Content on and through the platform. You retain any and all of your rights to any Content you submit, post or display on or through the platform and you are responsible for protecting those rights.
The materials on CandidateFirst's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. CandidateFirst makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
Furthermore, CandidateFirst does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any websites linked to this site.
In no event shall CandidateFirst or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on CandidateFirst's website, even if CandidateFirst or a CandidateFirst authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
